We want you to love your Luxella purchase. If something is not quite right, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, towels and bath products that have been used or washed cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.
