Australia-Wide Shipping
Luxella currently ships within Australia.
Standard shipping is $11 AUD.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $180 AUD or more.
Processing & Delivery
Please allow approximately 5–8 business days for standard delivery.
Some Luxella products are sourced from our selected suppliers after your order is placed. This means processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier dispatch times.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, regional delivery locations or circumstances outside our control.
If there is an unexpected significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Local Pickup — Ballarat
Complimentary local pickup is available in Ballarat, Victoria.
Please wait until you receive your “Ready for Pickup” notification before coming to collect your order. Pickup orders may require additional preparation time where stock needs to be received from one of our suppliers.
Collection details will be provided with your order confirmation or pickup notification.
